LBA: Are you a licensed professional and if so – what does that mean to your clients.  We are listed as Promovers, through the American moving and Storage Association and this means quality, and credibility for our customers.


LBA: What has been your biggest business obstacle that you’ve overcome? 

Seasonal business, and a business that has a shrinking customer base.


LBA: What is the best referral you could possibly obtain in business?

Customer/people/business moving from one location to another.


LBA: How long have you been active in LBA? 

Since the very beginning.


LBA: Why do you belong to the LBA?  

There is a great potential to learn about other businesses and most importantly to help make

Joey’s Restaurant


LBA: Where is your favorite place to relax?  

I enjoy being at the Lake

LBA: How you do best differentiate yourself from your competition in the marketplace?

We have people that truly care about the job they do, and taking care of customers with a fair price, and quality service.


LBA: Who are you in the community?

President of the LBA, active at the food bank and help with the bandstand, Chairman Leicester Savings Bank community foundation.


LBA: Where are you most yourself?

One on one with a potential customer who really needs our moving services.


LBA: What did you do last Sunday? 

Worked in the yard, enjoyed lunch with my wife and driving my 52 ford pick up.


LBA: How have you found a way to overcome the effect of the downturn in the economy – as far as your thinking and actions?  

Great question.   Be optimistic, work harder, look for other sources of revenue that compliment your business, don’t pass up an opportunity for new business, look for new cheese.


LBA: Best piece of advice someone ever gave you and you followed? 

Never Quit.
